You must be at least 21 years old to purchase cigars from Habana House Cigars. By placing an order you are in agreement that you are at least 21 years of age, if you are not of age Habana House Cigars will refuse your order, we age verify.

Buyers are responsible for complying with their countries local and federal tobacco laws and fees associated with their orders, however we can ship as instructed as long as the customer assumes all risks.

Purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods. The Purchaser represents that he/she is of lawful age and has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of the goods and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered.
